This article applies only to customers using the AbodePay payment solution. If you are using a different payment provider, some steps or settings described here may not apply to your account. 



The Onboarding tab displays your contract information, including:

  • Settlement Cutoff Time: The time each day when your till is tallied. The default is 8:00 PM (New Zealand time), or 6:00 PM AEST if you are based in Australia. Transactions processed after the cutoff are included in the following day's payout. Contact your AbodePay representative to change this.
  • Bank Account Details: The bank account where payouts are deposited.
  • Merchant Service Fee: Your agreed merchant service fee rate.
