To charge a cancellation fee on a booking, first add the charge to the cancelled booking and you will be prompted to record payment.


  1. First find the cancelled booking. If it was cancelled online, you will find it in Bookings > New Bookings.


    Or, use the Search function and select Cancelled? = Yes.



  2. Open the booking, and open the booking Invoice.



  3. Add the cancellation charge to the invoice.



  4. The booking now prompts you to record/charge payment using the Payment Due button.
