To charge a cancellation fee on a booking, first add the charge to the cancelled booking and you will be prompted to record payment.
- First find the cancelled booking. If it was cancelled online, you will find it in Bookings > New Bookings.
Or, use the Search function and select Cancelled? = Yes. - Open the booking, and open the booking Invoice.
- Add the cancellation charge to the invoice.
- The booking now prompts you to record/charge payment using the Payment Due button.
