If your user login requires access to guest card numbers (not Stripe or Windcave), then you must use 2 Factor Authentication.


We recommend using a desktop system to set this up for the first time.


Once your user login has been set up with 2 Factor Authentication:


  1. Download the Google Authenticator app to your phone (if you are already using an authenticator app, feel free to use that).



  2. Open the Google Authenticator app. If you have a Google account, continue with sign in. If you do not have a Google account, select 'User Authenticator without an account'.



  3. Log in to Abode using your personal log in details. You will be prompted to scan a QR code.

  4. In your authenticator app, select Add > Scan a QR code.



  5. Use your phone to scan the QR code displayed on your desktop.


  6. Your authenticator app will now display a one-time-code. Enter that code into the box on your desktop and select Verify.



  7. You will now be successfully signed in to Abode. Each time you log in with your personal login details, you will be prompted to enter the code generated in your authenticator app.
