Sending emails to guests can be a great way to pass on more information. Some ways this can be used is to inform guests of a road closure, offer a discount for returning guests, or changes to the check-in process. To get started follow the steps below.
- Select Reports > Booking Information.
- Select how you would like to search for the guests from the first dropdown. ie check in date
- Next select the date range for the guests you would like to contact.
- When you are ready, select Email Guests.
- Enter a related subject line and your text.
- When you are ready. Select Send Email.
Important: We do not recommend using this as a marketing tool, as the guest may not have opted in.
