Ensure your Smartpay terminal is powered on and has a connection. If the terminal has been paired previously you may need to unpair your device. A Smartpay guide for your terminal can be found here: https://www.smartpay.co.nz/guides/
1. Navigate to Settings > Account > Connect
2. Scroll down to find SmartPay Terminal Payments and click 'Connect'
3. You will be prompted with this message:
You will need to generate a unique pairing code with the eftpos terminal. A full guide for your device can be found here: https://www.smartpay.co.nz/guides/. When you get the pairing code, enter it into the message box and press ‘OK’.
If the pairing was successful you will be redirected to a new page and the terminal status will be displayed.
