Request connection to Channex in booking extranet


Note: Please ensure any unused room types in Expedia have been removed before connecting. If any types connect be removed because of forward bookings, ensure to apply a stop-sell after connection.

Login to the admin for the property here: https://www.expediapartnercentral.com/Account/Logon


  1. Select Room and Rates > (Setup) > Expedia Connectivity Settings



  2. (If you already use a channel manager, select the Trash icon to delete the existing connection.)

  3. Choose the new provider (Channex). Must be capital C.

  4. Check box for both Availability and Booking Retrieval

  5. Select Submit
