Request connection to Channex
Note: Please ensure any unused room types in Booking.com have been removed before connecting. If any types connect be removed because of forward bookings, ensure to apply a stop-sell after connection.
- In Abode, select Settings > Channex > Channels
- Select Create
- Select Booking.com from the channel list. Enter your admin username in the title field. Enter your Booking.com Hotel ID.
- Select this link.

- A new screen will open to prompt you through connecting your Booking.com account. You may need to disconnect your existing provider first and then try again until have selected the Connect option.
- Once you have followed the steps you can test if the connection is successful by selecting Test Connection.
- Once your account is connected select the Mapping tab.
- Select to match the types in the Booking.com column with the types in the Channel Manager column and select Save once complete.
- Select Actions to Activate the channel.
