Your calendar is the main screen you will use in your system. It will tell you:
- Who has booked for a certain day
- What part of the day they have booked
- Which building or site they have booked
- If they have confirmed their booking
- If they have paid for their booking
How do I view different dates on the calendar?
- When you first open your calendar you will always see todays date.
- To select a different date, select the date and choose from the 'calendar picker'.
- To step back or forward one day, select the single arrows on the left and right.
- To jump back or forward two weeks, select the double arrows on the left and right.
What do the names on the left mean?
- The first part of the name identifies the room name
- The second part of the name identifies the corresponding room type (Prices) for that room.
- In the example, 'Test' has booked for The Test Room 1, room type Double, on Monday 20 July.
What do the different colours and symbols mean?
Different colours represent different statuses of the booking:
- Orange = Enquiry
- Blue = Confirmed
- Red = Incomplete booking
- Black = Blocked space
- $ = Unpaid
The colours change when changing the Status field in the booking screen.
